Hosted link or modal embed
Open Share & embed to copy your hosted form URL for email and social, or paste the modal snippet on your website so customers stay on your page.
Submissions land in your inbox
Ops gets a detailed email for every request. Customers can receive a branded confirmation. You review everything from the dashboard Requests inbox.
