Terms of Service

The service

SepticForms provides hosted and embeddable service request forms, a dashboard inbox, email notifications, and related configuration tools for home service businesses.

We may update, improve, or discontinue features over time. We will make reasonable efforts to avoid disruptive changes to core functionality.

Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

You must be authorized to represent the business you register and to collect customer information through your form.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
• Submit spam, malware, or content that infringes others’ rights.
• Attempt to bypass security, access other customers’ data, or overload our systems.
• Misrepresent your identity or your relationship with end customers.

Your customer data

You retain ownership of the form submission data your customers provide through your form.

You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect that information and for how you use it (including your own privacy notices and industry requirements).

SepticForms processes submission data on your behalf to deliver notifications, the dashboard inbox, and related features.

Plans, billing & cancellation

Free and Pro plans are described on our pricing page. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe until cancelled.

You may cancel Pro at any time from the dashboard billing portal. Cancellation stops future charges; access to Pro features continues through the end of the paid period unless otherwise stated by Stripe.

We do not offer annual billing at this time. Prices may change with notice; existing subscribers are notified before changes apply to renewals.

Downgrades & data

If you downgrade from Pro to Free, Pro-only features (full history, exports, white-label branding, etc.) may become unavailable.

Your account, form configuration, and submissions remain stored subject to Free plan visibility limits. We do not delete your data solely because you downgrade.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Live pump estimates and other calculated values are informational only; final pricing and scheduling are your responsibility to confirm with customers.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SepticForms and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or one hundred U.S. dollars if you are on the Free plan.

Termination

You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required to protect the service or other users.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
